Our UK headquarters have the following accreditations which will reflect through into our Turkish office. We have Turkish and English management to ensure all our clients receive the highest standards of service. ANCFM provides a top maintenance service for your holiday home in Altinkum, Akbuk and the surrounding area How do we prove the checks are done? We use new technology called the Touchchecker, which is basically a data button (similar to a watch battery) that is secured in your home and then touched with a reader that stores data and is then downloaded at our office and emailed to you. It will show the time, date and name of the patroller that entered your property or cleaned your pool. 
(Your own personal whole set can be purchased which includes 20 buttons, please ask for more information) ANCFM offer a comprehensive service to property owners which includes detailed inspections and airing on a Monthly, Fortnightly or Weekly . During this inspection, your property will be opened up and aired, and any faults or problems will be recorded and you will be advised by email or phone. Any water damage or leaks, humidity levels, condition of furnishings, and detection of vermin will be noted. If there has been water damage any electrical appliances will be checked if they were affected. ~~ Winter Checks – £120.00 October - April. 7 months of checks while you are away from your property with Touchchecker service ~~ Key Holding– £45.00 We look after your keys and keep them secure until you arrive or have visitors or rentals to your property ~~ Summer Checks - £95.00 May to September. Regular checks to show activity while you are not here. Includes pictures of your pool to prove it is in tip top condition and not just cleaned before you arrive includes Touchchecker service ~~ Utility Bills - £95.00 Electricity and water bills can be paid on behalf of the client. An agreed sum of money, between Solution and the client, based on previous bills, should be left for payment by ANCFM. Bills and receipts, together with any overpayment of money, will be returned to the client on their next visit after the Winter. ~~ Welcome Pack - £10.00 We can arrange a welcome for your property to include Water, milk, coffee, bread, butter, jam, some simple basics to get you started until you can get to the store. ~~ If there is any damage to your property we will take a photo of the problem or use our head cam facility to show you the area and email you the pictures with a quote from Sultan Property who take care of minor works and renovations. If you accept the quote we will organise the work to be done and check it is all complete afterwards then again sending you photos of the completed work. ~~ ~~ ANC Facilities Management Limited
